How long does shipping take?
Answer: You will typically receive your order within 10-20 working days after confirmation. The shipping time depends on factors such as high order volume or delivery constraints.
Why does it take this long to deliver my order?
Answer: Once you place your order, we arrange for the necessary watch components to be delivered from our trusted manufacturers. These components are then sent to one of our workshops in Europe Netherlands or Asia where the watches are assembled and crafted by hand in the order they were received. We place great importance on quality and ensuring that each watch is perfect before it is shipped to you. This process takes time, but we are confident that it is worth it to provide you with a high-quality and unique timepiece. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.
Are your watches authentic?
Answer: Since our business is not affiliated with any Brand in any way, we are able to use their trusted parts as an independent instance, such as their authentic movements, to create unique watches in combination with high-quality aftermarket parts.
Do you offer a warranty for the watches?
Answer: Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all of our watches.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Answer: Yes, you have the right to return any of our listed watches within 14 days of receiving them.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Answer: You can cancel your order within 24 hours without any reason.
What happens after the 24-hour period?
Answer: Since we begin processing your order immediately, it is not possible to cancel the ordered watch components from our suppliers after 24 hours. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding and consideration of the manufacturing process.
Does that mean I cannot return the watch?
Answer: You still can return the watch, since we do offer a money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, please wait until you receive the watch. Once the watch has arrived, please contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned order, we will provide you with a full refund.
Can I personalize a watch?
Answer: Yes, we offer a custom modification service where you can design your watch according to your preferences. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your custom modification.
Do you have customer support?

Where do the watches and components come from?
Answer: Our watches and components come from reputable manufacturers and suppliers in the watch industry to ensure high quality and reliability. The watch movements are generally sourced from Japan, brand new from the Seiko factory.
